Pay or Contest Hopkins County Tickets

Kentucky Driver History Records
Kentucky's online three-year Driver History Record portal says the record contains driver status, license expiration date, driving restrictions, and traffic violations. It also says the three-year DHR is a public record under KRS 186.018 and does not contain crash information or personal information such as address, sex, date of birth, or Social Security number.
The online portal says the record costs $3.00 plus a $3.00 electronic access fee. It also says up to 50 drivers can be requested per order, records are normally available for viewing and printing within minutes, and requested DHRs remain available for 14 days. Mail requests use KYTC form TC 94-195 with the required $3.00 payment.

Certified court copies, older files, and records not visible online should be handled through the Hopkins County Circuit Court Clerk or the Kentucky Court of Justice State Records Center when the case has moved to storage.
